About

i cannot carry the flicker-scorch of your grief
but i want to sing you songs. i want to recite
love poems for you, drown and then wake for
you…

Anatolios Magazine is a literary publication seeking high-quality writing and art. We publish three issues a year, two general and one themed (January), and accept all genres of writing and all forms of poetry. Experimentation, pushing boundaries, and bravery in writing are encouraged. We want writing that we can feel and that makes us think. We want your most vivid, raw, personal writing.

Certain topics are not allowed and will result in your submission being thrown out. These include, but are not limited to: racism, sexism, homophobia, transphobia, or general bigotry depicted in a positive light; graphic sexual content or violence (our magazine is read by minors); glorification of abuse or assault.

Please read our guidelines before submitting. We’re also listed on Duotrope!
